A Delta home with traditional Cape Cod architecture gets a fresh makeover inside and out. Our clients wanted to move away from the dark, dated exterior and brighten up their home. Warm colors with white accents and a new grey-toned metal roof soften the look and give the home updated curb appeal. The interiors adopt a craftsman style, featuring an almost all-white design with touches of wood and pale blues for added warmth. Vaulted ceilings in the family room create a bright and airy feel, while the vestibule partition adds privacy. Complete with a wine room and bar, the gourmet kitchen is an entertainer’s haven. This home is designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors, with wall-to-wall folding doors that open up to the pool, hot tub, and covered patio.
